Kamilla Motacki is Havening® Trainer fist and only one who is teaching in polish ( teaxching alsko in english), she is also IANLP NLP Trainer, Fellow Member Trainer IANLP (first Polish woman) – International Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming, IANLP Secretary Ambassador for POLAND,  Master Trainer IN - International Association of NLP Institutes IN, Coach Master Trainer ICI - International Association of Coaching Institutes, International Trainer Transforming Communication™, Resilience™ and Resolve Coaching™, Member of the Council of Experts "Business on the Wave", Workplaces Options® UK Associate EAP USA Coach New York, Critical Incident Support Consultant and Trainer.

An experienced trainer and a woman with very rich competences, particularly sensitive, listening to  the rhythm of the world. Sees the world as a global system of interacting actions, energies, intentions, and behaviors. Open, focused, listened, attentive. A woman with an open heart. She believes in change, believes in man and his humanism, creates a world in which he wants to live, in which life is better. She supports people in development.

She conducts trainings, trainings, individual consultations for managers, managing directors, investors and employees. She also conducts workshops on conflict resolution, training on conscious communication, helps to create a harmonious team in the workplace. She consults group processes, people management, modern forms of management, deals with finding and using resources dormant in people, helps in recruitment processes, trains Hr-cs. She cooperates with the global company Workplaces Options ® (Great Britain) and EAP (USA), which runs the Employment & Family Assistance Program EFAP, and Shepell - Fgi, which runs the Employee and Family Assistance Program EFAP MONTREL, Signa International, consulting and conducting trainings for participants from Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, England, the Dominican Republic, and Italy.
